AI for SMEs is the application of artificial intelligence tools in small and medium-sized businesses to save time, reduce costs and improve customer service, without needing an in-house technical team.

How much does implementing AI cost?

A one-off automation costs €800–2,500. A broader project ranges from €3,000 to €10,000. Many tools cost €20–200/month depending on usage. The FARO diagnosis identifies the three use cases with the best ROI before you invest in anything.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The tools we use have interfaces designed for non-technical users. What matters is knowing what you want to achieve, not how the technology works underneath. My job is to bridge that gap.

What grants are available in Spain?

Kit Digital (up to €12,000), Kit Consulting (up to €24,000), Ticket Innova Galicia (up to €7,000). AI training can also be subsidised through FUNDAE. I advise on all of them at no extra cost.
